📦 Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different item?
We recommend returning your original purchase first, and once it’s accepted, placing a new order for the item you want.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
