These Terms and Conditions together with our other policies provide important information about us and the terms ("Terms") under which we sell any of our salon services, haircare products, and merchandise ("Products") through our website to you.

These Terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you ("Contract"). Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein.

OUR PRODUCTS Images on our website are for illustration purposes. Product colours and details may vary. All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you by email.

ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All website content is owned by Dynamic Hair Salons or its licensors. You may not reuse any content without written permission.

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED Orders are accepted at our discretion. A contract is formed only after we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. Prices exclude delivery charges. Any pricing changes do not affect confirmed orders.

WHEN ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED We may reject orders if:

  • Information is incomplete or fraudulent

  • Pricing or description errors exist

  • Items are out of stock

  • Resale intent is suspected

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS Orders may be cancelled due to system errors or by customer request before dispatch. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14–30 days.

RIGHT TO CANCEL Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of confirmation. Returns must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos to dynmichairsalon@gmail.com. Keep the item until further instruction.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Some products may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. We are not liable for such cases.

PASSING OF RISK AND TITLE Ownership transfers only after full payment. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS Promotions are subject to change without notice. Additional terms may apply. Limits may be placed per customer.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY TERMS We may revise these Terms for legal or business reasons. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU We are only liable for foreseeable loss or damage. We are not responsible for indirect or commercial losses.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport failures.

COMMUNICATIONS You agree to receive communications via email. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after sending.

PRIVACY We process personal data per our Privacy Policy. You confirm that third-party data provided is shared with proper consent.

DISCLAIMERS We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of our Products.

CHARGEBACKS Contact us before raising a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in blacklisting or legal action.

WARRANTY Products are warranted to be free from defects upon delivery. Damage due to misuse is not covered.

BILLING ACCURACY We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders. Please ensure your billing information is complete and accurate.

OTHER TERMS We may transfer our rights to another entity. You may not do so without our written consent. Irish law governs these Terms. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Ireland.
